Freddie2023-08-17My experience wasn’t too great. The movers were actually not very professional. I was moving a large sectional sofa into my new apartment. The two men arrived without measuring tape and they didn’t even wrap/protect my couch! I was afraid that my couch would be damaged as they struggled to haul it up the stairs. Ultimately, they couldn’t fit the couch. It’s not their fault that the couch didn’t fit but I am disappointed with the unprofessionalism. On the bright side, they showed up on schedule.

We had a challenging move with multiple locations and a top floor unit with no elevator and these two did not complain once and took the job on like champs! Very customer forward and respectful. The home office could have done a better job communicating the situation to them because they showed not knowing the full scope of what needed to happen. Nonetheless, these two were fantastic!
